Terms & Conditions

To reserve the cabin, a non refundable deposit of 30% of total is required. The remaining 70% is to be paid upon arrival arrival.

The property must be left tidy. The customer will pay for any breakages or damage that occurs during the rental period.

The rental period will begin at 14:00 hours on the first day and the owner is not be obliged to offer accommodation before that time. The rental period will end at 10:00 am on the last day and the customer is not entitled to stay in the property after that time.

The agreed number of occupants must not be exceded. Visits should not be received without prior consent. Furthermore, no tent or caravan can camp within the boundaries of the property without permission.

The client does not have any rights on the property except for the occupation during the rental period. The client will not sublet the property.

The client shall report to the owner, without delay, any problems, breakages or defects. Repair and/or replacement will be made by the owner as soon as possible.

The owner is not liable for any temporary defect or stoppage in the supply of public services to the property.

The owner's liabilty to the client will not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount paid for the rental period .

The owner is not responsible for any damage, theft or loss occurred in the use of the accommodation and associated services. Nor will the owner accept liability for any loss or damage to any car or its contents.
